We are planning for a scheduled maintenance which will impact the availability of the mailbox of a small number of our customers; during the maintenance window affected mailboxes may be unavailable and give an error message when trying to load email; expected duration about 5 minutes.

No mail will be lost, new mail will be queued for delivery as soon as the environments are available again.
